Return/Replacement Eligibility
Beetle Dental provides a Return/Replacement scheme for new products purchased within 5 days of delivery. The returned products are eligible for refund or replacement only after inspection and approval by our Quality Check Team based on the following criteria:
- The product must be unused
- The product seal must be intact and not tampered with
- All parts, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals must be included in the packaging.
- The product packaging must not be damaged.
- The product must be the correct item.
Technical Assistance
To help resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot via online tools or through calls from our technical or vendor teams. If applicable, we may ask you to enlist a local technician for issues that can be resolved on your end to expedite the resolution process. We will reimburse any fees you incur for the local technicians services. If you do not wish to seek assistance from a local technician, we will assess the issue and arrange a reverse pickup for the requested product.
Delivery Issues
If the outer brown box is physically damaged or its seal is tampered with, we recommend not accepting the delivery and promptly reporting the issue to our support team or mentioned E-mail ID.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product, an incomplete product (missing any components or accessories), a missing complete product, or the wrong product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that after this 48-hour period, our team will not accept any complaints regarding damaged, incomplete, missing, or incorrectly delivered products.
Return Request Submission
Customers can submit a return request online through our website or app. You will need to provide images or a short video detailing the issue with the non-working product within 10 days of delivery. If you do not provide the necessary information within this timeframe, Beetle Dental reserves the right to deny your return request.
Fees
Beetle Dental reserves the right to charge a return fee under the following circumstances:
- A fee of $50 will be applied for partial returns if the total order amount (excluding the returned products) is less than $500
- A fee of $50 will be applied for complete order returns if the original order value is under $50
- If you send a different or extra product, other than the return-approved product, you are liable for the logistics costs for picking up and returning the product.
Non-Returnable Products
While we offer a Instant return or replacement policy When you Received the parcel, certain products fall under the Non-Returnable category:
- Products that can be used directly on patients, including but not limited to tooth cream, mousse, MRC/orthodontic trainers, water flossers, chin caps, headgear, face masks, and other myofunctional appliances.
- The following items are classified as non-returnable products: dental chairs, dental compressors, UV chambers, autoclaves, X-ray units, RVG sensor machines, model trimmers, OPG and CBCT machines, apex locators, endomotors, ultrasonic cleaners and scalers, micromotors, implant motors/physiodispensers, bleaching lights and light cure units, amalgamators, and disposable high-speed airotors.
- If the product value is less than $200 and the ordered quantity is 1, the return or replacement window of 10 days will not be applicable.
- Products labeled as “short expiry” on our website cannot be returned due to claims of short expiry, as this information is clearly indicated alongside the product name.
We recommend that you review the product details page on the Dentalkart website/app before making a purchase to determine whether the product is returnable or non-returnable. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or faulty non-returnable product, please contact Dentalkart within 48 hours of delivery, and we will initiate a refund or replacement.
Warranty Claims
For any warranty claims regarding the product, please refer to the following guidelines:
- Physical damage to the product or equipment is not covered under the warranty claim.
- Both Beetle Dental and the buyer acknowledge that the products purchased are subject to the original manufacturer/importers warranties only.
- Service and warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or importer for this product
- Beetle Dental is not liable for replacing the products; the responsibility to replace any such product lies with the manufacturer or importer.
- All claims related to returns and replacements must be directed to the concerned manufacturer or importer. Beetle Dental may assist the customer in registering a request for product replacement or service.
- We strongly recommend checking the warranty section on the product detail page before placing a return request under the warranty claim section
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to beetledental@americanhamster.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
